UnitingWorld Sunday
The church wasn't meant to stand alone. It is part of the one body of Christ in the world.
Indeed, the body does not consist of one member but of many.
If one member suffers, all suffer together with it; if one member is honored, all rejoice together with it. (1 Cor 12:14, 26)
The Uniting Church in Australia is connected in partnership with churches across the Pacific, Asia and Africa. They are vibrant, inspiring, and dedicated people of God who are transforming lives and communities for the better.
UnitingWorld is the agency that manages these partnerships for the wider UCA, and UnitingWorld Sunday is a chance to hear more about their work and celebrate our global neighbours together.
By hosting a UnitingWorld Sunday service, you’ll be helping your church connect to our global neighbours, learn from their stories and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
We have a great range of resources, including a liturgy, sermon video, PowerPoint resources, colouring-in sheets, information about UnitingWorld, opportunities to give, and more!
